STEP 1 – Application Form
The candidate is required to fill in a detailed application form on site.
STEP 2 – Aptitude & Skills Testing
Candidates are required to undergo basic aptitude and skills testing upon completion of the application and prior to interviewing.

STEP 3 – Interview
The interview will determine a candidates skills, reliability, availability, workplace behaviour and work suitability.
STEP 4 – Reference Checking
Candidates will be asked to provide relevant references. References will be contacted in order to verify previous work history, qualifications and skills.
STEP 5 – Induction & Training
Candidate inductions are conducted prior to the commencement of every role and are executed in accordance with the latest Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations.
