Abacus History
Formerly Abacus Personnel Services, Abacus Proactive – Recruitment Innovations, was conceived in 1996. Initially specialising in professional, clerical and administrative recruitment, Abacus experienced strong consistent growth, quickly staking its claim as a reputable industry leader in the marketplace.
Success in its early years and persistent client demand, prompted Abacus Proactive to expand its area of specialisations in 2000, as the company appropriated its recruitment services to the recruitment needs relayed by the increasingly productive Industrial sector.
Seven years on, Abacus Proactive has confirmed and reconfirmed the consistency in the quality of its recruitment services, from its thorough candidate selection process (over 89% of candidates do not meet the company’s specified criteria for employment) through to final job placement.
